BAGEL DOUGH

120g active sourdough starter
255g water
40g honey
10g sea salt
500 g bread flour

WATER BATH
6 cups water
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Boiled for 2 mins each side followed by 20 minute bake at 220c

    It’s all downhill from here 😂😂 I can only make them once a month because they’re so good we eat them all within an hour

    Look great! I can say from experience bagels are NOT easy and very time consuming
