I'm trying to figure out how to make my own grease proof cookie backers because I don't like the designs I see online. Anyone have any ideas? I can't seem to find any info on how to make them. I know they sell blank grease proof cookie cards at HL, but haven't gotten further than that!
These were the cookies I sold at Christmas, but they would've looked better with a backer.

I was curious so I googled it, And came across a YouTube video where someone was showing how she makes them for her dog treat business which is essentially The same thing. She said that she printed wax sheets from Amazon And then she just wraps it around a piece of really thick cardstock that she has down to the size she needs for her bags.

Search Amazon for “Candy pad”. It’s not decorated, but it’s a good backer.
BRP Box Shop also carries a few sizes. For mini cookies (2 inch cookies) in a sleeve, I use this size and cut it in half. [Candy Pad](https://www.brpboxshop.com/3424.html)
The hobby lobby ones are a weird awkward shape. I always have to cut them down.
Cute cookies no matter what!
