I buy the Buffalo Wild Wings sauce at the grocery store. Pick your favorite. I like Spicy Garlic,Asian Zing. I too air fry wings! I use fresh wings,and cook outside.

I just pour about a quarter bottle of Secret Aardvark habanero sauce over a dozen wings and give it a mix. Super tasty, not too hot when spread out over multiple wings, and easy.

I use Valentina’s hot sauce w/ butter. Valentina’s is viscous so sticks well to the wings.
