310kcal + 45g protein; my second favorite dessert-for-breakfast
I got a ninja cream I this Christmas and have been using it to death; the base is fair life milk, mint chocolate whey protein, 2% Fage yogurt, 2 aspartame packets, and sugar free pudding mix.

I just got a creami as well, it’s a great tool for weight loss! I’ve been experimenting, tonight I’m trying a base made with 1C fairlife chocolate milk and a fairlife chocolate protein shake w/a bit of xanthan gum and allulose added for texture/ to keep it from freezing too hard. It’s 43 protein and 290 calories for the whole thing!
