I wouldn’t mind a chocolate infused with some kind of chili powder, but if their S rating is anywhere close to accurate then I can’t imagine it tastes good. I’d assume it would be made with capsaicin extract?
Kinda got me interested in drying peppers and making infused chocolate, but I’ve never made anything like that before.
