I’d never made tacos or tortillas before but it launched my taco (and Mexican cuisine) journey.
Here’s some of my tacos
Carnitas, prawn (shrimp), skirt steak, chicken, Tinga, Barbacoa, Fish, chicken al pastor
Some with homemade salsas, some with hot sauce, all with the holy trinity; Cilantro, Lime, Onion
