9:00 AM: 310 – 3 oz sweet potato, 1 oz onion, 2 oz mushrooms (100) – 2 oz avocado (90) – Soft boiled egg (70) – 50 g cottage cheese (50)
12:00 PM: 300 – heart of palm “rice” (30) – 2 oz Mushroom, 2 oz onion, 1/2 small can water chestnuts, and 2 oz kimchi (80) – Egg (70) – Kewpie Mayo (90) – Soy sauce (30)
