Flatbread recommendation?

I am trying to recreate this because it’s sooo good. Would you use a flatbread like Joseph’s Lavash flatbread? I have made a pizza with that before and it tasted like kind of crunchy and very thin… does anyone have a brand or recommendation for this recipe? Thank you!
