  1. Ill never understand chicken thigh hype, theres more chance at tendon and stuff you just can't eat, and its not that much more tender/juicy than breast, people just domt know how to cook things properly without annihilating the food. Plus thighs cost WAY more money

  2. I looked up when he started shaking the honey harissa one and saw Ian starring into my soul 😂

  3. Honey Harissa is a new one for me! I have some Harissa seasoning at home rn, and had only used it for the South African egg dish. I'm so excited to make this now! Thanks alot ❤

  4. My fav story time is Stank stripper audition gone wrong 😂😂 till this day is still imagine her poofy bang with the weave ponytail, the Jamaican flag swimsuit and the pointed pink suede heels 😂😂😂

  5. I never really understood the thighs verses breast argument with chicken. They both taste the same to me so I just use them interchangeably depending on whatever is cheaper. I know the thighs are monster which I like but to me there's not that much of a difference

  6. Add this to the list of Ian’s recipes. Me and my girlfriend have a notebook where we write these down and one by one try them out. Thank you so much Ian you have made cooking a fun activity for me and my gf. Thank you for bringing your recipes to our kitchen.

  7. How/what temp did you cook these at? I tried the harissa honey chicken on a stovetop pan at medium heat, the sugar from the honey burned to a char (the not good kind) well before the thigh was cooked through
