Both of these are an estimated 450-500 calories. I’m estimating high since idk the exact for the pork ribs. I’d like to fit 3 meals and more protein in my day but need to keep my calories lower. This and about 1 snack is my current daily plan. Any tips or suggestions? There’s not much sauce on it, just enough for a little flavor. Maybe I should just do a protein shake for lunch? Thanks a bunch

Pork has a lot of fat and not worth it for me when you’re trying to maximize what little calories you have. For the first picture, I’d switch to egg whites and whatever veggies you like. Sometimes I’ll throw in some turkey breakfast sausage but that’s up to you.
2nd picture I’d switch to chicken breast and maybe cauliflower rice to lower your calories. G Hughes sugar free bbq is actually pretty good. I’d try that.
For snacks, cottage cheese and lite string cheese are a good bang for your buck. I just ate some Anderson Ericsson Sea Salt cottage cheese and 2 lite string cheeses from aldi for 280 calories and 36g of protein
I see ham, eggs, hear pork ribs for a daily plan. Calories are not the possible issue here, saturated fat may be.
I know many people here in this sub do not prioritise living longer and healthier that high, but just in case, you may want to check how much saturated fat your daily diet has and check some guidelines. Maybe is fine, maybe is not.
Also … ham on a daily basis, idk, I love a good piece of (smoked) ham but the curing process and the nitrites added during, make it an unsuitable option for a daily meal. Weekly, probably ok.
There are better options for protein (lean cuts, fish, poultry, low fat dairy, supplements) in case mid- and long term health is a priority for you.
