first time set up in a while, and of this magnitude, i was planning to put the smoked salmon around too, but my sister asked me not to for those that don't like it, and there is a space i would have filled in with more greens between meat, but did what i could in the short time i had, plus quickly blanching and cooling the veggies as i went. the only other thing i would have done differently, besides better planning the layout, would have been to fold the meats in a more aesthetically pleasing manner and to add brie and another cracker variety. the baguette, spinach dip and jalepeno poppers were added after setup
my sis and BIL said i could make a service out of my love for charcuterie and crudite, what do you guys think?
