I’ve been having these for breakfast everyday and I think I’ve perfected the recipe!! They are fluffy, moist, and cook perfectly, and taste AMAZING! Sometimes i add chocolate chips but this time i had some leftover whipped cream (i know its not low cal but i wanted to use it up) and added some fruits on top!! Tasted like i was eating CAKE!
The ingredients I used are 3 eggs, 1 egg white, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, oats, baking soda, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon. Sometimes I add almond milk to adjust the consistency but I didn’t need it this time. I blend all these up and adjust the ratio of oats to greek yogurt/cottage cheese to get my desired consistency. And no it doesn’t taste like eggs or greek yogurt!! You can definitely add a mashed banana or unsweetened applesauce or 0 cal syrup for some sweetness, but I like them unsweetened so i can add the sweet berries on top!
This serving was 2 pancakes and 1 waffle, weighed 120g with 16g of protein! 230 cal just for the pancakes, and no protein powder!!
