Nick Anthony is the heart and soul behind Papouli’s Greek Grill in San Antonio. Growing up in a large Greek family, Nick was immersed in the culinary traditions passed down through generations1. His grandfather, Tom, started the family legacy with the Manhattan Café in 1912, and Nick continued the tradition by opening Papouli’s Greek Grill in 2004. Known for its authentic Greek flavors and scratch-made dishes, Papouli’s has become a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike.
