Yep, good stuff.
It’s a little hotter than huy fong based on my taste, but it’s still pleasant for use as a general spread like the old one. It’s not so much hotter id use a warning or anything lol, but it’s noticable.

They had the most popular condiment sauce on the planet and thought they could weasel into a better deal. A deal that was initially built basically on a handshake.
Underwood Farms are the original Sriracha peppers so they’re gonna know what they’re doing. Surprised their sauces haven’t been more legitimized by selling more widely yet.

This is the original pepper supplier of Huy Fong Foods Sriracha. I agree they are good, honestly I thought they were a bit hotter than HFF Sriracha. Damn HFF really shit the bed by screwing with this supplier.
