I sou vided it in my cuisinart toaster oven, dry aged it in my beer fridge for 2 nights, then seared it on my electric oven in a cast iron. 1.8 pounds, $9.87.

My question is where the hell do you get a 1.8 lb ribeye for less than $10?!?!

I’m so confused…….by every section, between every comma and period.

Look at the sear on that baby! You did it! And in such an unconventional way.

Nobody would mind goblin’ that steak.

I personally like to cut the spinalis off separately and slice it into individual chunks when I’m doing sliced & shared ribeyes.

If you can’t tell for yourself I worry about you. Just say you wanted to show off your steak.

i mean it was done well, not well done. more importantly, did you like it?

It looks delicious and great sear!👌 But it does seem a bit dry in the third picture. Maybe try adding a bit of the searing butter on top to give it a juicier look. 🍻

This is the crustiest crust that has ever crusted.
