Looks good either way. Would devour no questions.

  2. I wouldn’t worry. It’s easier if you eat raw eggs. lol

I never get the egg right. I’ll just poach them most of the time.

    Looks tasty!

  4. I use a onsen tamago maker that makes soft eggs perfect. The maker cost $1 at 100 yen stores in Japan. Good looking ramen btw.

There are several “reputable” ramen places near me that only serve their ramen eggs even more raw than this but either way, you probably only need like 1-2 more minutes on those to get them perfect. The yolks look absolutely delicious btw, would definitely eat this. You’ll get it soon for sure!

    Boiling eggs for ramen:

    1. Boil water until bubbles start
    2. Gently placed eggs into boiling water to avoid cracking
    3. Set Timer:
    Runny eggs: 6 min
    Soft Boil: 7 min
    Solid yolk: 8 min
    4. Once timer goes off, lightly crack the shell, and place in cold or ice cold water.

(The crack allows the water to penetrant the egg, which makes removing the shell easier)

    5. Allow to sit for 2 min in the water
    6. Remove shell
    7. Enjoy 😉
