4 hours total smoke, flipped the blocks at the halfway point for even color. Ran an A-MAZE-N pellet tube with Bear Mountain Apple pellets. Temp stayed below 60 degrees the whole time. Outside temp was about 20 degrees.
How’d it turn out? We’ll find out in a month.
