

Smoked some wings and 2-2-45 min. some St. Louis ribs last week. Put this baby on at midnight. Low and slow 180. Raised up to 225 at 8. I’ll be patience (I want to look, but I won’t). Just snapped a 👀 when I added a water pan this morning.
