I’m trying to eat healthier in the new year, focusing on more vegetables and protein so wanted to start early 💪😤

1 large egg (70 calories 6g protein), 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese (90 calories 13g protein), 1/2 cup egg whites (75 calories 15g protein), 1/4 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese (70 calories 8g protein), 2 sourdough wasa (70 calories 2g protein).

Not tracking vegetable calories but this had 4 baby bella mushrooms, 1/4 green bell pepper, 1/3 large tomato, and I cooked it on a bit of butter so rounding up to 450ish calories total.
