It's my birthday today and I should've done this last week but in classic Luigi fashion I forgot. Anyway I really want to cook a steak like this and was wondering if there were any butchers or stores in Chicago I could go to and buy one. I know it'll be expensive but I'm worth it (not really but I want one anyway)so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
