Homeremedy for dry skin ✨
❤️Winter Dry Skin Rescue Recipe
🎄Ingredients:
1. 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera Gel
2. 1 tbsp ofSaffron-Infused Oil (see notes)
3. 1 tbsp Honey
4. 1 tsp of glycerin (you can add)
5. Vitamin E capsule 2(you can add)
6. A few drops of your preferred essential oil (optional, e.g., lavender or chamomile)
❤️Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the aloe vera gel and saffron-infused oil until well combined.
2. Add the honey to the mixture and stir until smooth.
3. Add 1 tsp of glycerin and 2 vitamin E capsule.
4. Mix well and transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
5. Apply the mixture to dry skin areas, ideally after bathing or showering while skin is still damp.
6. Gently massage the mixture into your skin until absorbed.
7. Reapply as needed throughout the day.
❤️Notes:
– To make saffron-infused oil, soak 1/2 teaspoon of saffron threads in 1/4 cup of a carrier oil (coconut or olive oil) for 2-3 weeks. Strain the oil and discard the saffron threads.
– Adjust the amount of honey according to your skin type. If you have oily skin, start with a smaller amount.
– Store the mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
– Before using, do a patch test on a small area of your skin to ensure you don’t have any sensitivity or allergic reactions.
