Finally got to trying chicken wings! Used the Saturday NFL games as an excuse lol
400°F for 30 minutes each side.
Tossed half in some butter and Frank’s Red Hot, the others in butter and BBQ sauce.
Some crispier than others, as there was a bit too many; but won’t have them any other way now!
Ranch or Blue Cheese?

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

I cannot find wings this size anywhere. They look awesome.
Can’t beat wings on a Traeger 👍👍. Have you tried the Meat Curch Voodoo on wings??
I tried to do some yesterday! Your post is a day too late. Dang. I cooked mine on like 250 for 1.5 hours and then did a 500F search. Did the sear a biiiit too long lol. The wings got a little too toasty but they were “good”. Yours looks amazing bro
You cooked for 30 minutes on each side?
I know I can probably look it up but can you please tell me process. I want to recreate it. TIA
What type of pellets did you use?
Get yourself a couple of smaller grates, like half the size of your main grill. Then you can minimize temperature fluctuations by removing half your wings at a time to flip them then return the grate to the smoker.
They’re grate for anytime you’re smoking a lot of small somethings 😂
How much smoke flavor you getting at 400 for only 30 min? Curious because I take way more time at a lower temp before finishing off on air fryer to crisp. They are amazing. But I’d love if they could be amazing after only 30 min lol
