This establishment is located 5 mins from the Buffalo airport. Fantastic crisp, great sauce ratio and cooked to perfection. This order is Buffalo medium.

Been meaning to try em since last yr. Rumor has it that they invented the hot wing. My in laws and others I’ve talked to say that their wings are 1000/10

It’s funny I’ve tried and tried and tried, just can’t get with the Duff’s thing. Been to one in Buffalo, been to the one in Toronto, there is some weird pulpy bitterness to their sauce, and it is way too thin, so that the oversized Wings end up rubbery and lose their crisp. I give them credit for usually having large wings, but I like them well cooked and more crisp not rubbery. Tried it multiple times, same result each time.
If you like traditional Buffalo-style Hot Wings sauce, which I do, then Duff’s is not the place for you. They doctor it up and the resulting flavor is not reminiscent of Frank’s Red Hot, but a slightly garlicky, pulpy tomato base with a weird sort of bitter flavor. If you’re more of a 101 flavor of sauce type of fan, Duff’s might do the trick. Definitely not for me.
