I got a vortex on clearance at Walmart today. Excited to use it for wings.

My favorite way to do chicken wing, but I do Frank’s Hot sauce in a sauce pan with a stick of butter. Then put all of the wings in a bowl and pour the Frank’s on them and toss the wing until totally covered.
This work well for large drumsticks 🍗?

Do the wings ever go over the vortex to get some crispiness? Or do they just cook with the heat from the vortex only?
