It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve made sourdough bread. My loaves back then definitely don’t look as pretty. This is by far my best loaf!

100g starter
350g water
500g flour
10g salt

Mix starter and water together
Then add the flour and salt
Let sit for an hour then do a few stretch and folds

Then let it bulk ferment until doubled
Shape and put in the fridge for up to 24 hours
