Armenian Grape Leaf Tolma (Dolma) Recipe
**Ingredients**
 -1 jar of grape leaves, young, tender (Al Afia Grape Leaves, brand that I use)
 -3 pounds of ground beef (20% fat)
 -1 cup Jasmine rice
 -1 big yellow onion
 -1 bunch of parsley
 -1 bunch of cilantro
 -3 stems of dill
 1 tablespoon:
 -purple basil
 -Greek oregano
 -sour cream
 1 teaspoon:
 -paprika
 -black pepper
 -1.5 teaspoon of tomato paste
 -2 teaspoon of salt (+/-)
 -1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 -1 cup of warm water
 -1 garlic clove
 -1/2 cup sour cream
 -1 cup Greek plain yogurt

Dolma is literally a turkish word coming from the verb doldurmak (filling up) at least made a up armenian name
