Hi guys, my daughter has been back for a couple of weeks, which has been lovely – her train ride back was a lengthy one though so I decided on her final day I’d pull out all of the stops and make her something to get her through to the other side. The bread is a kind of focaccia with a bit more love (overnight ferment and a few hours of rising and folding) – fillings are pesto, salami, Parma ham, mozzarella, tomato, rocket and balsamic glaze. It was hard to see it go in the end but I’ll definitely be making some more today!
