I put maitake mushrooms in a simple soy sauce broth and added mochi. I don’t know if this can be called ozōni, but it is a refreshing Japanese-style soup.😋

    That looks delicious.

    I’ve tried making my own ozoni before, although I used “tsuyu”. The one that you dilute to make soba/udon broth.
