












This was so fun to make. I love stretching the possibilities of what I can do on this pellet smoker.
My wife got me a meat grinder/sausage stuffer attachment for my kitchenaid for Christmas. I followed the meatchurch recipe on their website pretty much exactly except I did 10 pounds of strictly pork butt. For my first time, I’m very happy with how these turned out! Looks great! I love making sausage but struggle with getting a consistent size throughout the casing. Looks like you nailed that.
I’ve been eyeing that grinder stuffer for years lol. Now I may just have to pull the trigger those look delicious.
