Basically, this plant is about 2 months old. I have two other plants germinated at the same time that are doing well, but this one hasn't grown much in the last couple weeks. It's next to the other plants and has about the same water, sun, temperatures, and fertilizer.
The leaves have this pale yellow in the middle. Is this a blight or disease? I did some google searching but couldn't find anything that seems to fit the symptoms.
I wouldn't be opposed to just taking out the plant, but I would want to use the soil for something else. So if it's a disease that could contaminate the soil I want to take precautions.

My amateur opinion is the slight yellowing with an absence of brown spots indicates a nutrient issue. In my experience when the leaves yellow on the outside it’s from too much nitrogen. The folding indicates either too much/too little water, or heat stress. With this time of year I’d eliminate heat stress.
If you stick a finger in the soil is it still moist?
It’s hard for me to say. It depends on the amount of water, heat, and nutrients. If it starts to develop brown spots I’d say it’s fungal. Again I’m an amateur speaking from my own personal experiences. Hopefully this helps you narrow it down some.
Boost feed it and wait a week. If it does not respond, pull it.
Looks like too much fertilizer to me.
