Smokey tofu steaks, with lots of different seasonings to make up the marinade; a tahini sauce (& Lao gan ma (photo dependant)), spring onion (scallion) ‘chicken’ rice & very spicy stir fried cabbage and mushrooms 🙂

    With the sauce looks better to me. Without the sauce it kinda looks like fried fish 😭🫣

    I prefer photo 3 with the sauce and garnishes not only for the pops of color, but the added texture elements as well.
