Not pictured is the dry-aged Ribeye.
Overall, food was great, hung out with Chef Sib at the chefs counter. Wine list was pretty sick too if you like natty wine, and obscure varietals.
Mac and Cheese was probably my favorite. After that, the leche de Tigre crudo and ribeye.
About $200-250 for two people if you get a little bit of everything, and two glasses of wine each. However, we did get a bunch of splashes here and there. There is apparently a secret cellar for wine that if you request you’ll get a random bottle of their choosing.
Overall: 8/10
