Super simple and delicious post Christmas snack. After some rich holiday eating I’m trying to move back towards health conscious eating. As an alternative to more cheese and crackers, I grabbed a large pack of smoked salmon and container of low-fat cottage cheese from the store. Blending this up creates a creamy texture (not curds). I prefer this to using Greek yogurt because the flavor is more mild. I bought scallions to chop and add but I’m not sure it needs it. It’s good as is.

Thin whole wheat crackers (or veggies if you like), and healthy, low cal, protein rich dip.
