I have an Ono machine with about a 1.5mm or 2mm cutter built in. Are you not a fan specifically of the shape? Or is the texture wrong?

I have an atlas manual pasta machine. Works fine e, but given the stiffness of the dough, it can be challenging to make

* Marcato Atlas 150. As long as your hydration isn’t less than 35%. Proper hydration and resting also helps.

If you don’t love the spaghetti shape, you could try rolling out to your preferred thickness and cutting it with a knife. Might be more inconsistent, but at least you’d have better options
