Ginger-Garlic: 1 tbsp (chopped)
Dry red chilies: 1–2
Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato: 1 (chopped)
Turmeric powder (haldi): 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Water: as needed

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Grind peanuts, roasted chana dal, and sesame seeds into a smooth paste using a little water.
2️⃣ Sauté the Methi:
