They came out SOOOOOO good i will probably make these more than whole loaves.

i made my first loaf ten days ago and have now done five breads, cheez its, and these bagels.

how fun to be able to create snacks and breads whenever i feel like it.

    I like to use molasses in the dough. And make 10-15% of the flour rye (or use rye starter)

    I prefer a lye bath (much shorter time, 30-45 seconds per side).
