They are Bell and Evans branded raw wings. Patted dry, tossed in Adobo seasoning before frying. Then fried at 360 F for 12 minutes, shook the basket, air fried again at 360 F for another 12 minutes, shook the basket again and then air fried again at 400 F for 5 minutes. Then tossed in Open Pit BBQ sauce.
They were awesome and very crispy, even after being tossed in sauce.

Open Pit was the sauce of my youth (along with Maul’s). Hadn’t had it in years, until not too long ago, and I was surprised by how good it still is (fairly peppery). Nice choice for a BBQ wing!

Always though open pit was similar to arbys sauce. Open pit is definitely good lol
