My goal is to make each type of buttercream once- this time I tried Italian meringue buttercream (my favorite, so far!).
They are chocolate cupcakes, filled with raspberry jam and topped with raspberry vanilla buttercream (with vanilla buttercream flowers)!

Omg!! Those look divine. I love that you don’t have 2” of frosting on there, but you have a generous amount of filling. That’s exactly how I would have proportioned it if someone asked my preference. And the flowers look AMAZING. The colors are perfect, too. 💕
