Costco wings, air dryed in my fridge for 24 hours with half of them getting Kinder S/P/G “the blend” & half with the Kinder Woodfired Garlic rubs.

Baked in the oven for 60 mins the night before @ 400 (convection) and finished with 15 mins in the air fryer before tossing them in Sweet Baby Rays Wing Sauce.

    Well now I haven’t seen that strategy before not sure if have it in me to wait the next day for the air fry but these look amazing!

    60 mins @ 400°, fridged overnight and then air fried next day? Seems to me they would come out dry as a bone. Am I missing something?

    They look fantastic though and made my mouth water lol
