It’s probably safe to eat, but is it gonna be good no. She should have taken it back. I don’t even see paprika.

Sometimes Viens just stay red like that in cooked chicken. Not sure why. But the Chicken looks cooked to me.

Paprika is red, not pink. It might be slightly undercooked, but I wouldn’t call that raw.

color is not a good indicator of doneness. The only way you can tell for sure is measuring the internal temp with a meat thermometer. there are many factors such as type of cooking and type of meat involved and seasoning that can affect the color of meat.
I cook my Thanksgiving turkey to 180 f in the thigh which is roughly 160 ish f in the breast usually. and I can still get pink near the bone and had to teach my family that it doesn’t mean it’s raw.

In my professional opinion, it looks ‘safely’ cooked. Some red / pink can come out from the bone and still be cooked to or held to a safe temperature long enough. Nothing looks ‘raw’ or unsafe here, but I wouldn’t serve a thigh like that as they’re simply better at 175F+.
Most salmonella issues are from re/cross-contamination. Freshly cooked and eaten like this? – I wouldn’t worry other than thighs are simply better cooked to a higher temp.

Looks slightly undercooked. I would not eat that.
