bought some ribeyes from costco and busted out the cast iron pan. not sure if it’s medium rare or rare?

    Ribeye should be cooked to as close to a medium as possible without going over. Marbling is the key to a fatty cut. You want a good sear.

  10. I have a beautiful ribeye in the fridge I was going to cook last night after work; best by date is tomorrow… this post just put it on the menu for tonight’s dinner! Yesterday ended up being too long work day! Ended up eating leftover from something made night before.
