Recipe:
Nature’s Own Keto Burger Buns toasted, 1 tbsp 1/3 fat Philadelphia cream cheese spread on each half. One egg plus three egg whites scrambled with 40g white onion and 15g reduced fat Mexican blend shredded cheese cooked in my cast iron with a couple sprays of aerosolized light oil to keep the oil/fat low. 120g baby carrots plain.
Some seasonings on the egg and onion mixture, negligible amount of calories but I used garlic powder, rosemary, cracked pepper, sea salt. Dried parsley sprinkled over whole plate for garnish mostly lol.
