I didn’t realize what sub I was in and I was like “screwed up”?? This looks amazing lol

If you had said that you ate all of the things pictured in your images, I would have said that you may want to take it easy the rest of the week, but as you said guys shared it, it’s not as bad as you’re probably imagining.
The dumplings are probably 50-75 each, shumai are steamed and the protein seems leanish. The bao buns are probably 200-300, so half I’d put 150. The chicken and calamari is where you’ll get the calories from as both are fried and usually sauced or oily. That first pic looks like ~600 calories for the plate, so if you had half of that or so and part of a similar dish, all together you may have had somewhere between 750-1000? Could be on the lower end if you didn’t have much.
Either way, it isn’t a screw up at all, there are worse things you could have had, and this looks amazing.
