I’ve previously lived in smaller cities and was often able to find out when out of town chefs would have a pop-up at a local restaurant or a collaboration dinner. Now in Chicago, it’s so overwhelming to check instagram pages/X/Google, idk where to start. Want to book something for my wife for Christmas that’s more than just a reservation.
