Ingredients
• 1 cups red lentils, soaked overnight
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 2 eggs
• 1-2 tsp salt
• Fresh herbs
• 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped olives
• 2 tbs chopped fresh dill
• 2 tsp baking powder
Method
• Grind the soaked lentil into a thick paste
• In a mixing bowl take the eggs, fresh dill, yogurt and the lentil mixture and blend
• Add herbs, Feta cheese, olives, baking powder & seasonings and blend again
• Bake in a pre-heated oven @180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
