Yahteeah hello native here from AZ, we have a food similar to the fluffy bread in the video. There isn’t really a name for it in my culture but they looked exactly the same. They aren’t made the same nor eaten the same way with a dipping sauce. My family calls this fluffy tortilla “bááh” and I’ve seen friends call it “bubble bread.”
