You are going to love this Linguine and Clams recipe, it’s one of my
wife’s favorite dishes

Ingredients
1 lb Linguine
18 to 24 fresh clams, cleaned well
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 head garlic, grated on dish
1/3 cup Bono olive oil
1 cup sauvignon blanc
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Heat your saute pan and bring your water to a boil
start with the oil and garlic and saute 1 minute then add clams and also drop your linguine into your salted boiling water

after 2 minutes add the butter and cover for 1 minute
then add salt and pepper , wine and lemon juice , cover and let steam until clams are fully open , once open remove clams from pan , add parsley and drained linguine and let simmer 1 minute
plate , dress with fresh chopped parsley and serve
