Transplanting to a bigger pot should help green it right up.

Please check for signs of edema as I see tiny crystallised bumps forming on leaf. This happens when plants absorb water but unable to use it to photosynthesize or lose it fast enough through transpiration hence the crystallised bumps. A fan could help plant transpire better. Photosynthesis require light, nutrient, carbon dioxide and water, without fresh airflow the plant is unable to make food to sustain leaf growth hence you see leaf turning yellow, it could be nitrogen deficiency but in your case I would look into whether the plant has problem transpire The crumpled leaves are also a sign of airflow problem whereas the cupping of leaves are sign of too much water. If you have not fertilised since day one, usually for my own double cup I will add 1/4 dosage of liquid fertilise in the bottom water when plant have at least 2 pair of true leaves not counting cotyledons
