I thought I would love halo halo, until I ended up with a mouthful of three kinds of beans covered in sweetened condensed milk.
Why the beans??? Everything else is so good. The jelly bites, the shaved ice, the ube! But then you end up with a mouthful of beans and just regret the whole thing.
