I’m from Sweden. I know Cinnamon buns. Fika is one of our great contributions to the world together with IKEA and the word Ombudsman.
They should never ever be iced, by anything. The least being chocolate iced.

(My husband lives cinnamon rolls, I have a great, fluffy recipe, but it takes ages and is a real hassle, so I only make them once a year. I get up early on Father’s Day, get them started before I go to church, then come home and spend the next few hours making them and cleaning the mess while they rise and cook, and we have them for afternoon tea, then days after. Once a year is enough.)
